How it works

Retrieve, scan, and review all available building plans for the project site.

This is an image of the software we use for our On-Screen Takeoffs called On Center Software.

Perform a complete detailed estimate of building component quantities using a program called On Screen Take-off.

This is an example image of the database where we input the data for our lifecycle report.

The material quantity data gathered from the building(s) using the software is then imported into our database, where the cost and lifecycles for each material automatically loads for each room and item.

We then request that our team be given access to the site to complete a field evaluation of the target sites, which will be entered into our database as a percentage estimate of the remaining viability of the materials in your building(s).

This is an example of the summary cost analysis charts generated by our database for clients.

With the percentage generated from our observation data, the database can then calculate the year the component will need to be replaced and the cost to replace it.

Once all of the percentages have been entered, a summary cost analysis is produced, which can be used to direct clients towards beneficial spending for necessary improvements to the building.
